KDG Hand Grip Strengthener 2 Pack....
These KDG Hand Grip Strengthners are the best. They are heavy duty, adjustable and well-made. Features include a 10-130 lb tension adjuster - just turn the gray ca - and a rep counter on the handle. Each time you pull the grips, the little black rod pushes into the handle to count, you can turn the round disk at the end of the handle to reset the counter. Perfect when watching tv or just lounging around. The springs are very thick and heavy duty. The handles are heavy plastic with hard rubber grips. Perfect gift for the couch potatoes.

Better than I expected at least
This product is actually very useful. I thought at first the counter was only a gimmick but it is very useful in determining whether or not a full repetition was completed. Now I use it regularly in a weapon presented position and the results are impressive in my humble opinion. I suggest applying a little oil at the spring anchor for noise and I imagine longevity of the product. CLP seems to work fine

Pretty nice
They work well, but the spring contact point needs a tiny bit of grease, so that it doesn't bind and cause the spring to "click" when you squeeze the grip.

Very useful
I got this to improve my grip strength and after this long (6 months), I have increased my grip strength to over 120 Ibs. It fits in my hand quite well and it's adjustable weight does help with increasing it's usefulness.

Great for men
Great stocking stuffers for men . Good stress relief and grip strength toy. The design and resistance are good. The men were very entertained with them Christmas morning lol

Snapped at max pressure
The spring snaps at max pressure. Had it for less than 3 months. It was good until it broke, sad I can't use it anymore.

Great item, great price!
I bought these to help with stiff hands and wrists in the morning due to arthritis. I love the pressure adjustment so I can get a good workout while loosening my joints. I don't like the click from the tension springs, but it doesn't affect the light workout I need.
