Very good jump rope. It is lightweight yet durable, does not tangle, and doesn’t cause fatigue, even with extended use. It can be adjusted to make it longer or shorter according to personal preference.

This is a standard, good-quality jump rope, in my opinion. I am, in-fact, able to jump it, so it works as advertised. For people just looking for a good, solid rope fore exercise - this is a great buy. It's nothing fancy, just a rope that jumps real good. A few features to point out: It's tangle free. I'm not sure how many jump ropes have issues with getting tangled, but I can confirm that this one does not tangle easy. It can wrap around itself and twist a bit, but it's always super easy to reset with a couple shakes, unless you purposefully tie it in a knot. It's adjustable, technically. According to the listing, it is an adjustable rope. I could not figure out how to do adjust it myself, but one of the video reviews featured a helpful tutorial. Basically you twist of one of the caps off the handles, open then clasp on the rope, slide it, then re-clasp at your desired level. By default it comes at very nearly its longest, and can be adjusted shorter. At its (almost) longest, it's pretty much ideal for me - and I'm about 6 feet tall. Any taller and this might be a bit short for your needs. Good swing. It's exactly what you want a jump rope to be. It's light and very easy to swing.

Works fine though its VERY long so use outside or in a large gym. Good quality.

I love that this is so easy to adjust, I can fix it for my son myself or my daughter all three very different heights. Jump roping is a great cardio. Workout in this rope is light and effective for all heights I just wish I had a little more weight to it

Solid jump rope for the price. It’s smooth, doesn’t tangle, and the bearings keep it spinning fast without fighting you every jump. Perfect for workouts… or for realizing you’re way more out of shape than you thought after about 45 seconds. Either way, great rope and gets the job done.

Good but with some concerns. I’ve been jumping rope on and off for about 35 years. The last “rope” I had was similar to this one, but of higher quality all the way around: the heft (diameter) of the plastic sheathed cable rope was probably 2x as thick as this one, the handles were more sturdy and comfy and the length was more adjustable. So how about this one? The cable is **very** thin - making durability a concern, and making use of the rope more difficult. The lack of heft caused by the thin diameter (also plastic) makes a high speed pace challenging and getting started more difficult (I may put a piece of lead tape on the middle of the rope to increase its weight just a bit). The handles are imminently OK - but it sure seems like they have downgraded foam, making them a bit thinner and less comfy for longer sessions. The adjustability is REALLY limited. I’m 6’ 1” and the rope - out of the box - was not long enough. In total, there was MAYBE one inch of adjustability. That is not likely to be enough for anyone over 6’ 1”. So - is it ok - yeah, it’s ok. Could it be better with a heftier rope, thicker padded handles and more adjustability - yes,
