I buy this monthly for my granddaughter. My daughter has already seen a difference in her emotions and mood swings.

My 6 yr old has been on these for around 3 weeks now and I have noticed an improvement in his mood swings. He's way less explosive, can express his emotions without getting so angry and also bedtimes are so much easier now. We used to battle for over an hr to get him to sleep because he was so anxious and full of nervous energy, but the last week he has been getting in bed and sleeping within minutes. Worth a try!!

These are great but just wish they made one without vit D for the spring and summer months. It's important to stop taking vit D supplements in spring and summer and I can't find an alternative that works for my son.

It took a few days to see any difference but both my kids have benefited from take this , it’s very ease to swallow, no taste at all so my kids don’t mind taking it , no smell so again doesn’t effect them taking it.

Unfortunately this item didn't change any behaviour or create any calmness.The capsules come apart easily to mix into a drink.The item smells okay when mixed into a drink, turns the juice orange coloured.

Was looking forward to trying these and my own experience I didn't notice any difference tbh but packaging well done and sealed bag also *easy to take this is why 3 stars review could be different for others.

These tiny tablets work better for my Granddaughter than her prescribed medication which had side effects.
