Can i use this mat for rower concept 2? i didn't find any picture.

You should be able to. I use my mat for an elliptical machine for months. It hasn’t moved or tore. Pretty easy to roll our also

Can i use it over carpet flooring?

Absolutely, that what i did at my house. My carpet has a very low pile I sweat plenty and the mat has not bled into the carpet.
