Great sound
Very good sound.Music stops suddenly without any reason.Rubber ear inserts. The most suitable size had one missing.Keeps falling out, I'm afraid that if it falls into water or dirt, that will be the end

Sometimes there is a mild headache at the back of my head. But not happening everytime.

Nice product with a software glitch
Bought this product from another website where it shows lower price, after not seeing much offer in Amazon during their great India sale. Product features are especially the noise cancellation during the calls. I use the device mainly for calls from phone or office calls in laptop. I use non-oneplusone phone and hence using HeyMelody app.Issue I notice is that when we use one bud and if its charge goes to a very low percentage, it doesn't show charging even after putting in the lid. It charges, but the charge indicator will show 10% or 20%. Other bud and case shows 100%. Got a solution from oneplus community site and got it resolved. Now the issue popped up again, but this time even the case shows only 10% charge and right bud shows 20%. Even after putting this into charging for hours, same result. Probably need to do a factory reset.It is a software issue, I believe. But it is supposed to be working without troubling the user.
