Will this reach all the way down on a lint trap that's on the top of the dryer?

The lint channels wrap all the way around to the back of the dryer, where it meets the exhaust pipe. It's best to have a professional clean them once every 2-4 years, if you are unable to take apart the dryer yourself. Those brush's are just meant to grab the lint that falls when you take the trap out.
