These wheels are 60mm and 45mm wide. They are best for cruiser skateboard, maybe it's too small to the regular skateboard.

How wide are these tires? Looking for 2" wide or wider

What size of riser pads do I need to put these on a regular board?

Depends on your trucks’ height. Also depends on what you mean by “regular”. If you want a more longboard like turning experience, it’s worth it to get a 1/8” to 1/4” depending on your trucks to avoid wheel bite.
