I got this green tea capsules with green coffee beans and apple cider vinegar to help with energy and weight loss. So far they have a very high quality ingredient, great value for the price, easy to use, easy to swallow, more energy, clearer thinking, antioxidants, I have noticed since I've been taking it for a couple weeks but I do sleep better at night, my mind doesn't race as much. I really like that you only have to take one capsule a day. And another thing I really enjoy is it does not give me the jitters like I feel like I'm high on caffeine. I like the effectiveness of the energy, clear thinking and all around better feeling. I will definitely be buying these again.

Came as described. Typical large capsule size. Easy to swallow. Definitely helps me feel more energetic during the day. Digestion has been better too. And taking it in the morning, I’m still able to sleep at night. No taste that I have noticed.
