Will it was the debris trapped from inside the filter as well as it does for the outer part?

Unfortunately not as you can only access that through the hole in the middle of the filter so it’s too big to fit. You can jet wash it (with this tool) and it cleans it slightly better than a normal hose attachement

The instructions are not clear to me. What is the purpose of the orange dial thing above the on off button. It turn 45 degrees but seems to do nothing

Hi this is shaped with jets that blast water down the edges and inside the filters it cleans filters very well i have a hozelock and it doesn't work as good to get all the bits from inside the filter

I have a krystal Clear pool filter with a type a filter cartridge, will this work on those types of cartridge?
