It says 4 a day, but I take two a day and does well. Last longer that way, 4 a day makes your load too thick. Don't forget to drink plenty of water throughout the day. The stuff works very quickly!

It really did, astonishingly. Not by a whole lot necessarily, but noticeable for me at the moment. It will take a bit for it to start working. We'll see how long term use is, but in the meantime its a great help! No side affects I've noticed.
