I recently purchased 2 pairs of these cut-resistant gloves, and I am beyond impressed! My wife spends a lot of time in the kitchen prepping meals, I was looking for gloves that offered serious protection without compromising comfort—and these delivered on all fronts.First, the ANSI A9 cut resistance rating is no joke. She feels completely confident handling sharp knives, mandolins, and graters without cutting her hand. Love these gloves.
These gloves are very good, this is my second pair. I gave my other pair to my son cause they really are good and make you feel safer when cutting meat.

Ok quality, they get wet quick.
Great for protecting your hands and fingers. But they get saturated really quickly when handling chicken and other meats, veggies that you prep. Cross contamination is a problem, you can't multi task with theses gloves. Once they get wet you gotta wash'em; and wet work gloves suck in the kitchen. The search goes on.
