Use with topping dx3 pro?

Hi there, The Topping dx3 Pro DAC/Headphone amplifier specifies a 15 volt DC 1amp power supply. This unit woould not be suitable as it is a regulated 48Volt supply and may even damage the Topping unit! There may be other after market linear power supplies for the correct voltage and curent rating available but I strongly advise against using the Fosi 32 or 48 volt units.

Does this Power Supply come with a UK plug ?
