Q: i have fibromyalgia does anybody know if they work for this, also will 8 patches last a month?

Q: How many can you use at a time?

I only used one patch and in fact cut it in half as my problem was my hand, knuckle area. You do not state the problem, but I can't see any harm from using more to cover a larger area. I am now symptom free, but it did not happen overnight.

Q: Is this okay for someone who has a pace maker?

Can see no reason why this should interfere with a pace maker.
