Love the design of this flush mounted latch. It has a solid feel, and the mechanism works smoothly. I’m using it for a fire escape trap door built into our 2nd story deck. Installation was easy with a router and bit, and it looks great.

Bought these to install for crawlspace access. Worked perfectly for a laminate flooring. Nice and flush, bonus visual appeal. Wish they would come with matching screws.

Used for a floor hatch to crawlspace. Great looking. Easy to install. A bit smaller than I would like but it gets the job done. Sleek design. Space under the latch could be a tad wider to accommodate larger fingers. Good value for the money though.

I put this on a hatch I have on my new deck around my pool so I can service the pump and filter, etc. I've had many comments on how nice it looks.

I needed a latch for the access to our crawl space when we got our new flooring installed and thought this would work great since it was recessed. It worked fabulous.

Great item. Wish they came with matching screws. Hard to find screws that are the same sheen.

Handles seems sturdy and good quality, but there's no screws included. Not including the screws to match the hardware is inexcusable.
