Why do these not include iron? Iron is so important for women.

As a woman with hemochromatosis I am thrilled when I can find a vitamin with no iron. My body does not process iron and it ends up storing in my liver which caused the scarring I have now. I'm also diabetic which the excess iron will damage my kidneys. The treatment is to have a pint of blood drawn starting at 3 times a week.
