Is the tape strong? I will need it to told a wet foam in place for a wreath

It is very strong. I used it on an open heart wreath for my friend's funeral and I did it 3 days before the service. And it did hold on very good. You can't go wrong with an oasis product.

is this the super sticky tape and not the stem wrap?

It still can be used as stem wrap due to color but yes it's not the normal inexpensive floral tape. This is strong and waterproof. I absolutely love it keep stock of it now.

The picture shows 2 rolls (1 white, 1 green) is that what you get? Or do you just get 1 roll of green?
