what size chest will this life jacket fit

Mine says: 30"-52" chest, 90+# adult. made in china

Need al life jacket to wear while fishing and over a jacket (cold weather) how restrictive is it to wear while on board and fishing?

It is mainly just bulky in the front. It is rated as "off shore" floation. I wouldn't want to wear it unless I was on a large lake far from shore and trolling maybe. I bought a "kent" full floation coat for winter fishing (casting) or duck hunting. I don't like to use the self inflating (cartridge) devices in cold weather even though they are the least restrictive.
