I’ve had really good success with Folius Labs Berberine and feel confident sticking with this brand. They’re a small, science-backed company with a clean label approach—every batch has 3rd party testing and COAs available, which gave me peace of mind about purity and potency.As for results, Berberine has a lot of research behind it. It’s often compared to metformin, and studies show it can be just as effective (or even better) for supporting healthy blood sugar—without synthetic chemicals. I personally noticed appetite suppression benefits, which has been a nice side effect.That said, dosing is worth mentioning. The recommended 1500 mg (3 capsules) was way too strong for me and caused some GI upset. I’ve found that 500 mg once or twice a day, spaced out, works best. So, I have tried three or four different Berberine products. While they all delivered some results, this brand gave me the most noticeable results.Sidenote: Pills do have that weird, chemical taste. However, there are no additional additives or fillers to mask the flavor. So, I’ll take the chemical taste all day; I'm not too fond of fillers, additives, and dyes. Aside from that, it's worth it, in my opinion. This will be my go-to brand as long as they deliver results!Since my first purchase in August, I've lost 18 lbs. I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and three berberine pills before every meal, walk about 3 miles daily, and eat nothing but whole foods (fish, minimal chicken, veggies, and fruits).Hard to say where the weight loss is truly coming from, but I believe the berberine is helping!

This is a fine product, and one of only two I have found (Toniq) that has consistently kept my blood sugar in good control. I know this because I check my meter before and after everything I eat and track when I take my Berberine. I usually just need one a day, but if I have a proven (rice!) or suspected meal that may raise my glucose reading, I take another. Very rarely have I taken three in a day. It is well worth the money, and keeps me off Metformin or worse.I just ordered a different company because I waited to late to order, and got a sketchy damaged, unsealed container that Amazon refused to stand behind at all (Vegatot Berberine) so I would think carefully of making my mistake. I will be setting up a subscription now for Folius, and doing a lot of fasting until my order gets here.

Haven't been using it long to do a full review but so far I haven't had any issues with it. I will give a full review after I've been on it for a few months.

My Dr. advised me against berberine after I took it for one month and it raised my liver enzymes above normal in my last bloodwork.

I am a borderline Type 2 diabetic and suffer from insulin resistance for a few years now. Sometime back I was introduced to Berberine and this supplement has really changed my life!!I have been using Berberine and it has really helped me live a life I no longer thought possible. I have experienced weight loss (which was impossible to achieve with all the work-outs and diet), my metabolism has improved significantly and my muscle tone and skin have improved. Overall I feel my mood is better but that could just be because of all the prior reasons. All the symptoms of irregular blood sugar regulation have disappeared without any side effects!Folius Labs Berberine has been most effective out of the brands I have tried and I think the reasons are that the dosage is additive-free (pharmaceutical grade dosage means no fillers other than pure Berberine) and has >97% standardized Berberine which is ultra high strength compared to the other products. Also, the product is made from Himalayan Berberine which is non-GMO and chemical-free. The manufacturer sent the CoA when requested on their website – a practice I highly recommend doing as it gives you the lab results of the tests that the product has been subject to.Thank you Folius Labs!

Product has an extremely unnatural chemical taste and burns your tongue. This is NOT normal even with no fillers added. I just purchased another brand with no fillers or additives and it does not taste like chemicals nor burn my tongue. It tastes like a how a supplement should taste. I strongly do not recommend this product!
