Just tried out my new WAF-F40 waffle maker. Fantastic!!I had an old WAF-30 single waffle make and was very happy with is until one day it just stopped working after about 10-15 years of yeoman service. I was ready to buy another. The i saw the WAF-40.This new WAF-40 waffle make has a new front browning control with red led readout and is sensitive to various browning levels. Both waffle sides have a green LED and beeps when it is ready. And it is fast. lightly oil and pour in batter on one side, then close, flip over and repeat on the other side including flipping. When the first is ready ((lights up and beeps) and right side up) remove fresh waffle and repeat process again. Made 6 waffles n less than 15 minutes of cooking time.I make waffles with blueberries in the mix so there is slight residue after cooking.. Let cool (unplug) before cleaning. Use soft scrub (blue) on non-stick cooking surface and sponge only on outside surfaces. Storage is slightly (about an Inch) longer than the WAF-40.Extremely happy. Cuisinart is the standard for this kind of appliance. Worth the extra money in investment.

Amazing waffle maker!!! I ordered this one based off of reviews and was NOT disappointed. It makes the best waffles I’ve ever had. I got it to use for a graduation party and so many people commented on the flavor, texture and overall quality of the waffles. The double sided worked perfectly for keeping hot waffles made to order.

Once you learn how much batter to use, this waffel maker is fun to use and heats quickly and evenly.

Love this and clean up is a breeze!!

Works good, cleans up easy. Just takes up a bit of space when not in use.

Frankly, spending $100 on yet another kitchen gadget was a stretch for us. My wife doesn't (Didn't!) even like Belgium waffles. I did it anyway, because stuff, and things.Holy wow Batman, we are GLAD we did! The very first waffle off this thing (Krustez mix) was perfect. EVERYTHING since has been great and really easy. I've done three kinds of waffles, two kinds of sandwiches, and home fries on this thing.... so far. All came out great.This morning Woman asked for a 'healthy' breakfast. I am making her a whole-wheat, whole-grain, bacon/pecan waffle with a sunny side egg on top. With butter, that is only 400 calories of yummyness.When we first got this, it was waffle like objects for three days straight. I've had to cut that back to once a week out of sanity. But, the kids request waffles, and their friends come over and request waffles, so.....

We have been looking for a waffle maker since our old one was no longer working. Since this one had good reviews, we decided to purchase it. We have used it a few times and we absolutely love it. I love that it makes double the waffles and it's so easy to use and extremely easy to clean up. They recommend to spray with oil before use but I didn't want oil to build up on it so I decided not to spray anything on it since it's nonstick and it works great. The waffles don't stick at all and come out very easy. Plus, we won't have any oil build up on it.
