Q: I need white out that is like paper and a fountain pen will write over? Is this that?

This is the best correction tape I have ever used. I am not sure about a fountain pen, but the gel pens write on it perfectly. I hope this heps.

Q: What is the unused shelf life?

I've had mine for over 10 years. Just took it out again today to use it. Worked great. As you can tell, I don't need it often.

Q: Where is this product made?

Well, it’s manufactured by American Tombow Incorporated. So given that it’s an American incorporated business, it’s anybody’s guess as to where this product is made or assembled. Could be the United States or it could be in a sweat shop somewhere in Asia like Apple products! Now I’m not saying it’s made in a sweatshop by any means, and not knocking Apple either. Cause I do love me some Apple products. But long story short... I have no clue where this product is made! Be careful with it too or any type of tape corrector in place of white out. Cause once that white tape falls off it’s trap the product is useless! It’s so hard to fix. this happened to one of the two in the pack I bought! So frustrating! Especially because I love the way these things work vs white out. That ish is too messy and hard to write over once applied. So is this but mostly with a highlighter. So I hope this novel helps to answer your question. Not sure if you buy strictly American or not. If so I guess you gotta do some research to find out the manufactures origin.
