I see 3 different styles of cushions in the photos for this product. Which one is actually being sent?

I bought mine over a decade ago, so I do not remember so well. The first photo simply shows where you are supported. The 2nd photo shows how it looks when you receive it. Sometimes these cushions bother me where my legs are, as I've had more than one brand.
