I cant find a link to the sizing chart. What size is medium suppose to fit and do they run true to size?

This isn’t a medium that I have but they do fit true to size. How big is your child? I could help you if I can know what size he is in clothes

Would the fit a 32lb 2 year old...? I'm sure it would be a bit big, but maybe with the arms and legs rolled up...? Or would it not work at all?

Depends on how tall your 2 year old is as we got this last year for my 8 year old who was just below 4 ft tall and we had to roll up the arms and legs.
