Q: Is this effective on wet rocks? Moving live rocks from an established tank into a new tank and don't want to have them out of the water too long.

No not really. Always had to use a combination of this and CA glue to get it to hold a frag to the live rock.

Shipping weight (with envelope) is approx. 4 ounces.

The epoxy will work as a general use epoxy as well but the color may not be an exact match.
