Q: What light strip will work with these connectors?

The connectors only work with 4-pin 10mm (0.39inch) 3528 or 5050 RGB LED light strips. 2-pin, 3-pin, 5-pin, 6-pin, or 8mm light strips are NOT compatible. Please check carefully before purchasing. :-)

Q: The RGB+ marked on my light strip are in different order from those on the connectors. Are the connectors wrongly made?

No, please disregard the order difference of the R, G, B polarities. The connection works as long as the + polarities of the light strips on both ends are aligned. (There are detailed instructions on this matter in the included user manual.)

Q: Will this work with waterproof light strips?

Yes, before connecting, please peel off both the silicone coating over the strip and the adhesive at its back around the four copper polarities.

Q: The connectors don’t transfer power to the next strip or my light strip shows different color? How do I troubleshoot?

This is because one of the R, G, B+ polarities of the strip has poor contact with the connector. Please try the troubleshooting tips: a. Open the connector and move the strip light; b. Reconnect another connector; c. Cut the next strip to reconnect.
