What is the expiry date if I ordered a bag in October?

I buy this delicious coffee often, I bought a bag of Buffalo Soldier coffee beans a couple of weeks ago and the expiry day on the bag is March 2022

No, there is no roasting date on the bag. Coffee is delivered to Amazon from the roastery regularly, so generally speaking the maximum time between roasting and delivery is 30 days.

I have a Sage Barista Express Impress, does anyone know th ideal grind for this coffee, fine or course? I'd like to know the extraction time as well.

Normally for expresso machines, you would use a fine grind, coarse is for cafetieres. You machines instruction book should give the extraction time. I hope this answers your query!
