there are 3 links with arrows on the end of band .... you have to push how every many you need to come off ... i simply pushed one out and replaced the buckle ... easy peasy !!

So far they've bin perfect, works well, quality is good for the price I wear quite often and it hasn't started loosing it's gold tint like some jewelry do as soon as you wear them. I got mine wet a few times and it's still fine. I'd recommend this to anyone.
