Will this get stubborn dog vomit stains out of the carpet?

This isn’t suitable for carpets at all, just hard floors. Try a specific carpet cleaner.

Will it become clogged if you don't use distilled water ? ( anyone used it for 1 year+ on tap water ? )

Never used distilled water used for 3 years!! Never clogged up, but might clog a bit in a very high limescale area. I would just run/pump a vinegar solution through it if it did.

If you add detergent into the tank, would it be broken? or would it be still alright?

Do not add any chemicals they are not designed to get hot ask zoflora they are designed for cold only and no idea if dangerous vapours are released once heated.

Does this come with a warranty at all? My last steam cleaner broke fairly quickly
