This is a critical component of my brain saving regimen. Two years ago, I was very concerned about what seemed like a declining brain, and I started researching ingredients that are proven to help make a brain more healthy, and to keep it healthy. I'm very happy with this product, and I can confidently say that I am no longer worried about my brain declining as I age. I'm nearly 67 years old now, and I hope to be able to purchase this product until my days are done.

This is a great product with three 'standardized' ingredients. It's important to note that Bacopa Monnieri takes at least 3 weeks before cognitive support occurs. So don't give up. It may take even longer for some. Coffee fruit extract has been noted in scientific journals to supports neurogenesis and neuron survival. This occurs over time so it's not an overnight thing. Again, patience is important. I believe this is a supplement you just keep taking because it's doing good for your brain. That said though, I would give all supplements a break. Perhaps 8 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off. Just give your body a chance to not build a tolerance.

Unfortunately, after a week and a half of taking these pills, I kept having chest pains. I stopped taking these for 24 hours and the pains are totally gone. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with a Swanson product.

I have been taking this for about 3 years on and off and I honestly could never live life without it. When I take it everything improves, my vocabulary expands and I say words I didn’t even know I knew. It organizes my thoughts and helps me talk direct. This has definitely make a huge difference in my professional life!
