Best substitute for breadcrumbs
Have been searching for low carb recipes and was told to try pork rinds, after searching everywhere near my local supermarkets and not finding them. Went on amazon and found this brand and reading the reviews, I went with this brand. Unfortunately, the Italian seasoning was sold out so went with the plain, I used my way of seasoning it, chicken came out OMG!!!!! so good did not miss the breadcrumbs. I only reason I gave 4 stars Is the price was on the high for this 12oz so I won't be able to buy as often as i would like I had to use a lot for the crumbs to stay on lol

Like the idea of these
We frequent the Keto diet in my household, so I liked the idea of these Pork Rind Breadcrumbs. They kind of clump together and don't really distribute well when using. They're ok, but I've found other breadcrumb alternatives that I prefer to cook with. Maybe I'll try them again in the future and reevaluate.
