HADA LABO UV Perfect Gel SPF50+ 90g

It's a nice moisturizer plus sunscreen. Lightweight and no whitecast from the sunscreen, non sticky feeling too. It feels a little bit thick when you use it but once it sets into your skin, it does not feel like it's there. Also nice because it is unscented. Never got breakouts from using multiple products of hada labo brand ever. Good and very moisturizing for winter but for summer, it is slightly too thick and would use a different moisturizer from this brand. Is basically a super easy morning routine, moisturizer+ sunscreen in one step. This moisturizer works even for oily skin or acne skin.

I bought this sunscreen because I was revamping my skincare and was looking for an Asian sunscreen, as I HATE sunscreens in the U.S. because they irritate my skin and BURN my eyes and leave my skin feeling greasy and I cannot stand feeling residue on my skin. This sunscreen checks all my boxes. The price is great, and I’ve been using this product for like 2 weeks and I can see it will last me so long even though I apply very liberally all over my face, neck, and chest! It has a smooth, gel-ish texture so it spreads very easily. It feels a little slick for a maybe 5 minutes, but very quickly dries down to a matte finish and you can’t feel it whatsoever, which I LOVE. It doesnt burn my eyes at all, which is life changing. I don’t wear foundation or face makeup, so I love that it actually mattifies my face and controls oil and actually minimizes my pores, making my skin looks pretty freaking flawless even without makeup. I don’t love the tub packaging for sanitary purposes but I am so in love with the formula itself, I can’t even complain. I highly highly recommend this product if you have oily/combination skin. Actually, I highly recommend this product over all.

This is a dream to apply. It is very moisturizing, but it does not leave a sheen/film or cause breakouts. On its own, it is not sufficient as SPF for prolonged direct sunlight, but I use it as a base in the mornings before I leave for work, and it eliminates the need for moisturizer, serum, and primer. I still use an additional spf on top of this. The amount included is HUGE, so the only (and quite significant) drawback is the terrible jar packaging which will likely render skincare actives and spf useless long before I can finish the tub. What I do to mitigate this is transfer 2-weeks-worth of product to a smaller container and refill when needed. I keep the original jar in a cool, dark place. If I could find a product at this price that works as well or better in airless packaging, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Until then, I'm sticking with this.

Might not be number one in Japan but it’s number one to me.Moisturing and spf? In one? It’s super easy I love the feel of it on my skin, it’s such a silky formula. I’ve only applied it twice so far but will update in about 2 weeks for the process of this product

I tested this product all summer long, specially outdoors. It feels so light, nutritious, and helps to soak the skin with water. This is amazing after enjoying a hot spring or termal waters. Got to use it every morning after the shower, and then sprinkled some Mario Badescu coconut water and the protection was supreme. However, today I tried the gel by itself under the weak autumn sun of Colorado, and I had a sunburn. It looks ugly, my sunglasses are stamped across my face, a red line above my nose. It was just an hour driving.

ive been using this for years and i will never stop as long as they make it. its not only the perfect sunscreen, its the perfect moisturizer. i even put it on at night if im going out because of how beautiful it makes my foundation look and how silky it makes my skin. like perfectly dewy, and not shiny or greasy at all- just hydrated and bouncy.

Love this suncreen! Not only does it work well, but it leaves no white cast and moisturizes the skin beautifully without a waxy or chalky residue. Will purchase again!

So, one thing about me, is that I’m autistic. That being said, there’s always been many textures and feelings I’ve absolutely hated. I didn’t use moisturizer for the longest time because I just could not stand the greasy gross feeling.Not to mention sunscreen— I hated how it felt, how it makes me look greasy, ect.But hadalabo is different.I absolutely adore hadalabo as a whole, and I highly recommend you check it out if you haven’t already !The sunscreen in question is one of my favorites. I bought this, originally, on October 8th, 2022. I only just ran out of it today, March 5th, 2023— and I use this sunscreen every day.More importantly than how far it goes, is how it feels on your skin. It dries very nicely, no weird residue or greasiness at all. It feels like a very light cream that dries with a slight moisturizing effect.It also seems to wash off easily! The other sunblocks I’ve used, always made me break out, and as someone with acne prone skin, I haven’t had a reaction to this one yet!I highly, highly recommend. It’s a bit pricey; but so worth it!
