Nice price point, great customer service (but wish I hadn't required it)
So I love the price point of this rangefinder, and it worked very well my first time out. I was sharing a cart with my buddy who had a Bushnell rangefinder so we were able to do a side-by-side comparison between mine and his $450 model. The results were generally within 1 yard of each other. I would say that his model was slightly more user-friendly but not enough to justify the the extra $$$.However, my second time out the thing did not give me any distances. Something broke. I don't know if it got jostled in my bag or what, but it stopped working after one round. The four stars is for the excellent customer service (several other reviews I read prior to purchasing also complemented their customer service). They sent me a replacement (in a different color at my request) and a return shipping label. I received the replacement promptly and it works out of the box. Four stars until I'm sure the replacement works well and then it'll be five stars.

compared to the bushnell and it marks the same distances. only difference is that the marking through the scope are very small and it is a little bit harder to capture the target. I'm loving it, now I'm really breaking 80!!

The product keeps good yardage, I almost gave it one star until I realized you can focus the unit if it gets blury, good for the cost. The only thing is that it was clearly made on the cheap, it's all light plastic. Not nearly as well made as Bushnell or Leopold, Nikon, etc. But hey, it reads good yardage, and that's what it's for.

Great rangefinder!
Love this rangefinder! Sturdy construction. Easy to use. No problem with the battery compartment. I'm a little dumbfounded by poor reviews given by others. I also appreciated the email I received from the seller before the product arrived with instructions on how to utilize the rangefinder. Very helpful. I highly recommend this product!

Ok
Accurate and useful but the display is more difficult to read than the others that I've tried and owned (eg, Leupold, Bushnell and Tec Tec Tec)

NOT ACCURATE
Doesn't tell you when you hit the pin. I could sit in one place and get different readings consistently, my friend has an expensive one and this was typically about 4-5 yards off of that. No reason to have a range finder at 4-5 yards off. Just not consistent enough. If your sitting in one place hitting the pin you should get identical readings no matter how many times you do it.

Great Range Finder at good price
I have used this 4 rounds of 18 holes and multiple times each hole. Works fine I have not had a problem. The flag lock function works by first getting a range reading behind the flag (trees, bunker, bushes, etc.) and still holding the button down scan to the flag that is closer to you. the electronics will then lock on the closest range. Because the range finder is so small (all of them are) it is somewhat hard to hold the "crosshairs" steady on the flag. Large targets like a bunker or a tree are no problem to get a reading. I went to driving range and checked this range finder with the yard markers and all reading were good (+ / - 1 yard). The slope / elevation finder works, but have yet to find a green that it made a difference in selecting a club. You would need elevated tees and greens that are more than 3 yards (12 feet) to make a difference -- so for the courses I play this is a feature that I paid extra for that is not used. I have used this many times with sunglasses on with not problems seeing the range information. There is a focus adjustment on the eyepiece that you turn for you eyesight focus. Range finder has automatic shut off after release of button (about 15 seconds).
