Best gloves for yard work
These gloves are great, love the quality, leather material, backside protection for fingers, knuckles and extra length to cover the wrist. They are pretty much perfect for my needs, so much so that I put them in my Christmas want list to have second pair when first get wet and are drying out. I’ve tried many others before finding these, the multi-pair Chinese version were great at first but then started stinking, others are short and don’t cover wrist, which I prefer and others have quickly fallen apart after daily use. I’ll stick with these.

Every Day, All Day Comfort and Protection
I love the strength of leather where I need protection combined with the cooler, more flexible material at my wrist to keep the gloves in place and comfortable. The additional protection of the knuckle ribs is appreciated every time I'm clumsy and bump the back of my hand on a wall, a box, or a machine -- which is pretty common. I wear these for yard work, warehouse work, and disaster response and they work well in every situation. I particularly like the lower maintenance, coolness and fit compared to my all-leather gloves, and the protection compared to all-synthetic.

Decnt quality light utility glove
These are a pretty decrnt work glove. Not insulated or waterproof. But they have decent sensory, dexterity is pretty good, and they provide adequate protection. I use them mostly for stacking and handling wood. But they seem like theynwould be good for light construction and demo work a d outdoors work. A little pricey, hopefully theyll last for a few years. Fit is true to size as well.

A Cut Above
I wear a lot of work gloves. For years, I've bought them from big box stores, import websites, here, and hardware stores. I use them while building, handling trash cans, during lawn care, or whatever the day brings. They typically last 4-5 months before the fingertip seams start to give out, and they go downhill from there.I rate these at the upper end on first impressions. The patented finger seam design looks promising, and the leather used in the palms feels more durable than what I'm used to seeing. It's too early to know if they will outlast others, but I get the impression that they will. They are also supple. I'll treat them with mink oil or similar.Let's not kid ourselves into believing that in 2025, a $25 pair of gloves will be the end-all-be-all, but they are definitely a step up from the usual.

Pretty good
So far so good. A bit thinner than expected. But holding up. Pretty good hands protection. It's not the heaviest duty, but works very well for shovel, rake, and sledge work. I washed them once no loose stitches. They will get funky. As all leather gloves and boots do.I thought I wouldn't like the open cuff, but was very surprised by the velcro. I can pull them on and off much quicker than any of my other gloves, and tighten the cuffs if know that I will have them on for a while.Good price for a good balanced work glove. I find my self buying more ironclad than Mechanix lately. Price and quality is better.

Sturdy and well built
These are solid and comfortable. If you are tall and gangly: I found the fit to be small for my long fingers when using the size chart. I measured Large, but even the XL is a bit short for my fingers.

Comfortable, easy to work in gloves
I bought these gloves for my son who gardens and volunteers in our local nature center. He finds these gloves very comfortable and easy to work in.. He has good feeling in them to pull out weeds and shovel, and they protect his hands from thorns and insects. The size was true and the large would fit most men with average sized hands.
