thius is my third cookology item as they are very well priced plus i needed a black one to match the decor and the tall freezerhow long they will last only time will tellthis item is new becarefull as there are lower prices but these are damaged refirbed even second hand

After the initial disappointment of it arriving 3 days later than promised, the freezer is as described.

Nice size, top drawer is pull down mot out. Only issue it that it is frosting up already.

The media could not be loaded. Great size .. needed a stand up extra freezer for the pets food .. and this is a brilliant size . No more having to order pet food every 2 weeks ... it looks really good and very quiet... and great delivery, 👍

Excellent service and value I would recommend it to anyone

The exterior of the freezer is well-moulded and gives a solid first impression. However, I’m quite disappointed with the interior. The drawers are made from fragile material that doesn’t seem durable or long-lasting. Additionally, the way the cooling pipes are arranged lacks any aesthetic consideration and looks rather haphazard.Another concern is the defrosting process—it’s likely to result in a puddle of water due to the buildup of large amounts of ice.On the positive side, the freezer is spacious, operates quietly, and offers excellent freezing performance. For the price, it delivers good value, but the interior quality leaves much to be desired.

Only received my freezer a week ago. Delivered quicker than I expected which was a bonus. So far absolutely no problems, runs quietly and seems to be ideal size for our kitchen.
