The sony bc qz1 charger has 3 contacts but this only has 2 per battery. Why?

I'm not technically minded enough to explain why one charger has 3 contacts and one has 2. All that I'm more concerned with is , as long as a charger does the job of charging up the battery , as this one does, then its all good.

When battery is fully charged, do the indicator lights go out or green or remain lit?

As far as I know, they all remain lit which is when I remove the battery and if I can remember it is fully charged via the camera

Does this charger work with sony a7s iii batteries?

I bought it for charging the battery in my Sony A7c and it is fine. The battery is NP-FZ100 .
