This product is great. Very taste. Unfortunately 1 of the 3 jars I bought was broken.

Tasteful, flavorful, as close to Romanian zacusca you’ll ever find. A great addition to any Romanian or Eastern European dinner table. The only better version is the homemade variety made by my Romanian mother. The only con: it’s a bit salty for my taste, so consume in moderation.

I really enjoyed eating this, I finished it by myself in a couple days and I am ready to order more. As a Romanian, it tastes really good just like my mom used to make. I had no mold issues, all was great!

I have ordered this product twice. The first time it was wonderful, and enjoyed. The second time the project had broken open and begun to rot. I had to throw the entire jar away.

I gave this to my friend who grew up in Romania. I thought it would be nostalgic for her and it was a big hit! She was so very excited. She said she knows how to make it at home but never does because it takes so much time. I asked her how it was about a week later and she confirmed that it was very good. Now my husband wants us to get a jar so he can try it too!
