Use it for training with youth athletes and it is easy to use it fits them well the quality is great it is a little pricey but great for training

Perfect and good material

The X-PLOSIVE Speed Training Kit just become a staple piece of equipment in my own tool box and is widely used by coaches at my facility. The quick release strap makes speed and reactive training easier and far more effective than before. I I have used many similar products that are far more expensive and believe this product will fit the needs of most performance coaches at a very reasonable price. Pros: In expensive Easy to use Sturdy Design (So far I have had no Issues, but I will be testing it heavily on NFL athletes soon) Cons: No elastic resistance like that provided by bands (Not a huge issue) Belt size (I have some larger athletes and I don't think the belt will suit them would prefer a harness) Limited anchor points to change resistance angles (again not a huge deal 95%of the time) Not ready to give out 5 stars just yet but it is well on its way only time and more reps will tell.

Product does exactly as mentioned!! I’ve been training my son and friend of his and they’re around the age of 7 and 8. The release latch is durable and releases on demand. The belt is a little too big for their waist but they are able to run (with hoodies on) about 30-35 yards before it falls below their waist. I would still recommend to use on young children but it’s definitely perfect for bigger waist individuals.

Works well. Havent used it as much as I thought I would. Likely due to CoVID and not 100% sure what is happening with sports this year. However, while I did get a chance to use it a few times. It worked but was a lot more sensitive to release than I would have imagined. Had to get used to its sensitivity and where my hand placement is when runner starts. Either way, cant complain with a product that does what is expected.

This product is great for speed, agility, and explosive exercises! Very durable, easy to use, and delivers optimal results!

I've used this product for almost 4 years now. My clientele ranges from elementary school to professional athletes. 1 on 1 training to entire soccer teams. I've had success with this equipment in every setting imaginable. Switching from from athlete to athlete to athlete is extremely efficient and with a bit of creativity, the training capabilities are endless!! 10 put of 10 would recommend!!
