Why did you pick this product vs others?: My grandson is an active athlete but was always tired and not sleeping well. I am cautious to recommend products but our favorite health store recommended this and he thought he'd give it a try. Instant positive results! More energy and sleeping like a baby. I have it on auto-ship for over a year. It still works well. Great product, reasonably priced and wonderful results!

I've been on these for a little over 2 weeks and my nails and hair have become very healthy. My energy has increased. I'm even sleeping better. It does turn urine a bright yellow but it doesn't stain. Excellent product. Highly recommend

I have read a lot of reviews about the smell. To me it smells like flintstone vitamins. The pill is pretty big, but I found it easy to take with plenty of water. So far so good. Oh I did not experience nausea or an upset stomach.

Pretty much the title. This is a great multivitamin for price and balance of vitamins. No iron which for me is a big plus as I can supplement with more control by taking a separate iron pill as necessary. But good lord they smell and taste awful. Hard to swallow but that's just my personal issue. The pill floats in my mouth which makes it more difficult to swallow. Overall very good product!

Wonderful vitamin for those like me who can't have a vitamin with iron in it (i have hemacromatosis which causes me to store excess iron) it's hard to find quality vitamins without. It does taste like a multivitamin so don't be suprised and does have a pungent odor. I take these daily and they help alot. Dont be suprised when the b-12 makes your pee bright yellow though it just means you absorbed as much as you could and excreted the rest.

By far, these are the best! B12 is natural source, has actual folate not folic acid. Plus lots of other valuable nutrients most brands don't have. BTW, quit complaining bout taste, you're not eating them, swallow them! The flavor proves they're packed full to do your body good.

I bought this b complex several times over a period of time. As I sit here unable to walk, with buzzing ears, skyrocking pulse, I am convicted to let people know what excessive b6 can do to your body, to some in a very short period of time with some that are actually lower b6 in the product. This product, because of the excessive b6 content, contributed to my current health crisis. This is a growing concern and the USA is always behind in addressing problems. Please, before taking any suppliment that contains excessive b6, get your b6 blood tested to see if you are even deficient in this vitamin that is readily sufficient in our diet. Yes there are 2 types of b6, p5p and pyridoxine. It doesn't matter, if you have a problem, you have a major issue that over a lot of time, you may or may not completely heal from. Excessive B6 is poison. The vitamin manufacters all do it. It is water soluble but stays in your tissues and muscles and destroys your nervous system. Please avoid supplimentation with high b6. Search B6 toxcitity for more information.

Disappointed that it doesn't have Calcium or Vitamin K in it.

Product is good but never received item and ended up buying direct from manufacturer. Never received a refund from Amazon
