Tasty but not worth the money
I have no complaints regarding the flavour of this honey, but it is definitely not worth the expense. The first minor disappointment was the packaging. With the cost of this honey, you would expect to receive a glass, not plastic container. I was also let down by the consistency. The honey is set, like a thick caramel, which means it is impossible to drizzle and hard to mix into yoghurts or liquids. This may just be the natural state for this honey, but wasn't appropriate for my purposes. It was perfectly tasty and I will happily eat this, but I won't be buying again.
