Love this brand. Some of the products are expensive like the cleanse but I only used a few bottles of that now I have moved on to this after I eat hard to digest food. If u dm the company they will help you w a plan.

I think the capsules themselves work once I finally get them down into my stomach. I read in some of the reviews and in the FAQs that the pills are large, but that doesn't usually bother me. I actually take capsules that are larger than these, and I don't have any problems with them. However, these capsules, no matter how many times I try, take forever to go down. It's not the size. It's something else. Three full glasses of water...minimum. It's wild because I've never had this happen before and I've been taking supplements for a long time. I just read where you can open up the capsules and take the contents that way. That's what I'll be doing from now on.
