Perfect fit and size at a great price

I coach U6 girls soccer and find that the Captain armband is a very good motivator for my girls. The girl whose parents are responsible for bringing the snacks that week is named the team captain the for that match. I tell her about the importance of setting a good example for her teammates and she is in the group of girls that starts the match, leads the team cheer, and is responsible for handing out the snacks to each of her teammates. I've not noticed any problem with the quality of the material. It is a little large one a few of my girls but fits just right on some of the others. All in all though I would say it is a tad large for U6 (U6 girls anyway), but with the jersey sleeve tucked underneath it hasn't really caused any problems and the girls are really excited when it is their week to wear it. I actually just purchased a second so that if the original becomes lost of destroyed none of the girls will have to miss their turn as team captain. I hope this helps.

Great bands for kids but they do start to fray after a few months if use from some of the kids putting them over their cleats and onto their shins if they were too loose for their arm.

I got these for my kids in U12 to have as a cool thing to make them stand out and feel like a captain. They worked fine however the kids just don't like wearing stuff on the arm apparently and it really didn't go as planned. There was nothing wrong with the arm band. It was just the kids are not into it.

Good quality! Exactly what I expected. Made well with thicker stitching and has easily lasted an entire season.

Poor quality. Armband came teared because of poor stitching job. It was supposed to be wear while playing sports. Should have reinforced materials and stitching.

I like that this is a youth size. The kids on my team will never be able to wear the Captain's armband that I own, since my massive guns just fill in those armbands that are meant for adults. ---- Edit: it's September and 3 matches into the season, my two team captains have not complained of any problem with these bands. In my opinion, its still too wide I think the width is off. Because the band itself is smaller and it's made for kids, shouldn't the band itself be thinner? When I let my son try it on, the elastic actually provided a good fit. The problem was that the band was still too wide, so even if the band is worn just above the elbow, the top edge of the band ends up sitting right below his shoulder. Our season starts in August. I'll be back to add stars if things work out.

I purchased these for a soccer team made up of 6 year olds. Like others stated these are too big to stay on their little arms however they work perfectly over top of their shin guards. They are a nice bright yellow and have held up so far through 6 soccer games. The material seems to be durable and has a nice elastic stretch.

Bought this for our girls soccer team and name a different captain each game. Great quality and the girls love it.

Maybe slightly large for kids 7 and younger. Depends on the side of the child. Will fit most children ages 8+, especially if they wear this over their sleeve. Purchased for summer sports.

This is good for kids under 12 maybe too small for older kids.
