The beverage holder fits easily inside the center console cubby, which when the lid is closed, is the anchoring system for the beverage holder. In two of our Dodge pickups it fits perfectly. In the third one it has some issues with closing, but it is fine and a beverage cup, even a large one, can sit in the holder with ease. It is a shame that the pickups were designed with really lousy cup holders in them at the factory. However, this console is the answer to the problem. It is molded plastic, very sturdy. While we love them, we do think they could be sold profitably at a lower price point.

Works great , a lot of money for a piece of plastic but it works great. A lot of the reviews I read people were complaining that the lid on the console won't shut, didn't take me but a min to figure out to take vice grips and turn the latch pin out a turn or two and the lid latches like it should duh! LOL

Works well, you need tapered cups to fit the cup holders though. The cup holders are designed for older, smaller cups. Locks into center console well but does not fit curvature of cushion well.

FINALLY CUPHOLDERS THAT AREN'T A BAD JOKE!It swallows the biggest drinks like NOTHING and holds them FIRMLY in place. No more panic feeling if I have to break hard that my drink is going to fly into the dash and explode.I read the other reviews and saw many having fitment issues. It fits PERFECTLY and I CAN latch the center console still bit it IS a little difficult and requires more pressure than usual, but I expected that more or less. I may look into clearancing the center console's plastic to see if it can be made to close smoothly but its good enough for me right now.I have a 97 Dodge RAM 2500 SLT Larmie 2WD with the 5.9L 12 valve Cummins. Overall an awesome truck but the cup holders in the dash where broken when I bought it.All other cup holder options I've tried just seemed like someone's idea of a bad joke. The ones that hang on the door are worthless. If you hit the breaks hard as I found out a full cup will fly forward with the holder and explode on impact with the dash, plus wind will often try to suck your cup out the window if its nearly empty, NOT COOL. My had a 'organizer' on the center console with 2 cup holders but that seemed dangerous with its location close to the pedals.I hope the pictures help that's a 44 oz Circle K drink in the cup holder and it gets a death grip on it and doesn't move and inch even on a really bad road at high speed.

There’s lots of cup holders out there that supposedly fit a 2nd gen dodge.‘94 Ram 2500 2 door 2wd 8’ drivers seat is separate from the console and it fits perfect. Can’t tell if I’m missing something but console won’t latch shut with cup holders in place. Cup holders work perfect though.

Nice to have but needs improvements. The tape on the bottom wasn't thick enough to attach. Tried pushing down on it but it just wouldn't stick. Bought some velcro to put on the bottom where the tape is and it holds just fine now. Had to adjust the lid latch pin up as others have stated. The cup holder sags down onto the seat. Looking for something to put under it to help support it. Also needs some kind of support in the cup holder to keep drinks upright and secure. For the price I expected better. Still...better than nothing at this point.

I'm very satisfied

Has double sided tape on the bottom to mount it, I thoroughly cleaned the inside of the center console but tape lasted a couple days.It is still functional and easy fix with different tape.
