Will it fit around thigh?

Depends on how big your thigh is, if you fold it diagonally might just get round a thin thigh!

No. It is a bit small. It is tight as a neckerchief so would not be long enough for a hair band.

Is it soft? Is the lilac colour same as picture

Very close to the colour, very slightly greyer..it’s no particularly soft. It seems like good quality cotton for the price..
