I’ve really been focusing on my weight training since last year, and this scale has been pretty instrumental in helping me reach my goals. I’ve been using the scale mainly to track changes in my weight along with the body fat measurement, but the other metrics are great to have to reference as well (water %, muscle mass, etc.) I’ve also had the DEXA scan done, and this scale was pretty darn close in numbers.The app is very easy to set up and use, and over time allows you to see the trends for multiple metrics. It definitely helps keep me motivated when I can look and see the weight graph decline over time. It also syncs seamlessly with the Apple Health app in case you reference that dashboard/app more frequently.I believe someone had mentioned it before, but the only recommendation I have within the app is to add a daily notes section, just in case you want to track refeeds and be able to monitor how that affects your weight etc. It would be very helpful, and also prevent the user from getting discouraged because they could remember that on that day they had a big meal or carbo loaded.The scale is also the perfect size, doesn’t take up a lot of space, and doesn’t weigh much at all. Great scale for the price!I’ve bought other body fat scales before, but with the app integration, this scale is just what I needed to keep myself accountable and going strong!

It does everything you'd expect it to do then delivers more. Like being able to share your progress with others that are holding you accountable. It reminds you to weigh in if needed if you forget. You can compare your progress from when you started or just compare the exact dates. Did I also mention it takes about 20 seconds to set up and pair to your phone? I'm paired to my personal trainers and to my own so I'm able to send them updates on non-training days. Also priced great for the level of product you receive, please don't increase the price because I'll probably sell a few of these units by word of mouth and being a very satisfied customer.

This is probably hands down, one of my favorite finds on Amazon. It's accurate and I love the additional data. Downloading the app was easy, and the app has a ton of great features! I love being able to see all of my data and sync the info with other apps. It also allows you to have multiple users, so currently my husband and I have accounts. It has an aesthetic appeal and goes great in our bathroom. I never thought I'd love a scale so much!! Because of the quality and ease of use with this scale, I am planning on buying other FitIndex products. Can't wait to see what they come out with next!

The media could not be loaded. I actually like the scale a lot. I recently got a full body index with my nutritionist and learned about the makeup of my weight. How much fat, muscle and water I had. This is allowing me to focus on fat loss vs. weight loss. This scale helps you identify similar information. The readings were similar, but are only based on the electrodes touching your feet. The scale works great, the bluetooth is a little wacky. But to be fair, I think it's my phone. My wife has no problem with the scale using her iPhone, I am using a Moto G7. You get a lot of information from the scale, you just have to learn what each icon or reading means. Other than that, it works great and does support my 317lb weight. Remember to use it on the ground and not a rug. I seen reviews where people have the scale on a rug and expect it to give them an accurate reading. I recommend the device. If your bluetooth acts up, I restart my phone, no issues.

Just started using the FITINDEX Smart Body Fat Scale, but I can already say this is a huge improvement over the old way of tracking my weights. My previous method has been weighing weekly on a traditional digital scale and then tracking in a weight tracking app. It works, but definately doesn't tell the full story. Here are the things I love about this scale:1. Setp was super easy. Insert batteries, download the app and synch. No problems.2. Using the scale is easy - just like any other scale.3. It's a nice compact size - doesn't take up a ton of space.4. There is absolutley nothing I need to record. Step on the scale with bear feet and it does all the work.5. I love that it registers my weight as well as multiple other health measures - fox example, I can see that my Body Water and Protein are within the healthy range. My Body Fat - not so good. Also measures Body Water, Bone Mass, etc. Several measurements are included.This is a great product!

I purchased this product to track my weight and body fat percentage as I'm starting a new workout routine. So far I'm pleased with the purchase. If you're looking for a good way to track the progress of your weight loss journey, this is a good scale, with a reasonable price tag, to purchase.A few of my observations:- Solidly constructed and minimalist- With the grey/black color scheme, the scale looks sleek and modern (see photo)- The mobile app is intuitive and easy to use- I compared the results from the new scale (model FT-24D) against an existing FitIndex scale (ES-26M) I have, and the results are typically very close, if not identical (on a few trials, the scales differ by up to 0.4lb). I will continue to monitor both scales and report back
