These are my favorite vitamins because they are easy on my stomach. Very good value and they work well—helps my energy levels. Easy to swallow, slight taste of iron, but not overpowering.

These vitamins taste like cr*p and I do not mean that in a good way. If I keep this vitamin in my mouth for over a second, I will start to gag. The taste is way too strong and I have to flush them down with water immediately.But if you can get past that (I can), these are the vitamins for you. The content of each tablet is very succinct and gives you a good dose with a few extra boosts of other minerals. I'd been struggling to find a multivitamin that could address all my concerns about a vitamin with the appropriate dosage, and this one was perfect for me. I was looking for one with iron, but the ones with iron don't contain a lot of other vitamins as this one does. The only thing I don't like is that the D3 dosage is not the best so I have to take a separate one since I do not go out of the house during the day, I'm usually a night owl so I'm always outside at night/evening. But overall, I will continue to purchase this vitamin. Good quality and good price.

This vitamin has been really good so far. It has all the needed vitamins, at a great price, for a couple months supply, and is fine size to swallow. It is nice having just one pill to take, unlike other vitamins. Feeling great about it so far.

The media could not be loaded. This bottle has every vitamin I need as an college woman with low blood count & budget. I take one pill a day, I had no bowl / Stomach issues throughout the day while taking the pills. It doesn't cause any issues while also taking my Probiotics + Prebiotics, I love the pills so far I just hate the taste of them, you got to swallow it fast & have your water ready to drink. Hope this helps anyone interested in this bottle / brand.

I love these vitamins. They have a little bit of everything but they think about the person eating the vitamin. There are a lot of vitamins and minerals in here that some dont consider and they also went of their way to add better ingredients than most. For example the Vitamin A is in the form of Beta Carotene so its extra good for the eyes.
