The orange is far and away the best flavor. Goes down very well. Lots easier, no broken packets on delivery like the single use ones.

If you can't eat enough protein through your diet (for whatever reason), and can't take in much volume but don't want a super sweet, strongly flavored protein liquid, this is it. Yes, it tastes unpleasant. But it's 1 ounce to get 15 grams (30% DV) of protein. The texture is like honey. I make hot tea and mix about 4 oz tea with 1 oz of this. Unpleasant to take? Yes. But not as unpleasant as having a protein deficiency, sores that don't heal, etc.

I have been taking this product for a year. Lately I switch to buy it via Amazon for a little better price. The first order was in Sept this year, that time the products I got were fine. I reordered in late November again. But the products I got were different, in terms of packing (the way how the bottle is sealed), the consistency and the flavor. The consistency is a lot thinner, and it tastes like it was diluted, it is not the same berry punch flavor. I have concerns of the quality affecting my health, I am going to return or just trash them.
