Zadro Wall Mount SURROUND LIGHT Mirror with 7X Magnification, Chrome Finish

This is a heavy mirror. The screws and plastic drywall inserts that are supplied with the mirror are ridiculously small and inadequate to mount something that heavy especially because it will be manipulated all of the time. Because there was not a stud in the area I needed to mount the mirror, I used 4 heavy duty drywall anchors. You need the anchors that go through the wall and then pivot to grab the drywall from the inside.Only three stars because I believe that people will attempt to use the hardware sent with the mirror and will be very disappointed with the result.

We've had one for years and it finally just fell apart. This works well.A variety of magnifications are available. We find the 7x is most usable for close-up work on makeup, etc.The shipper did originally send the wrong one (5x), but we had no problem exchanging them.This uses a couple of molly's to mount to the wall (very securely). It plugs into any available outlet, so no special wiring is needed for installation. It's sturdy and has never loosened from the wall, even when used daily and often moved in, out and around when being used. The chrome finish has lasted as well, in our bathroom with a shower that is used a couple times a day, at least. The foggy, wet air hasn't done any damage.

I had the fortune to stay a luxury hotel and found that one of these types of mirrors is just what I always needed and wanted and didn't know it until I left my travel makeup mirror at home. (Weight limits for luggage on airlines are getting ridiculous). Don't know how I managed without one in my bathroom for all these years! I lucked out when I found this one. The right size of magnification, the right size of mirror, the right amount of light! Works perfectly for me and I love it. Recommend this especially for a small bathroom, where counter top space is at a minimum.

The description said it could be hardwired but there were no instructions on how to do it. I had to confirm my thoughts on how to do it properly on the internet. 2 of the 3 joints have tightening screws and the light is bright. If you want a bright light be sure to buy a mirror that uses a fluorescent bulb. Don't buy the "Halo" type, they are not bright enough.

I like this. You can mount it on a wall and plug it in to a socket or have an electrician hard wire it. The light is a little dim so I turn on the overhead lights to use it. 7x is a little more magnification than I really need for makeup but, generally I like it.The adjustable arm works well and the mirror tilts back and forth.

Love this bathroom mirror and I don't know how I survived without one all these years. I am very impressed with this mirror for its magnification, surround light and the dual arm. It was more than I wanted to spend on a mirror but after reading the reviews I went ahead and bought it and glad that I did.

I liked the looks of the mirror when i first opened the package. Then I discovered it actually had an attached cord instead of a hard wire mount. Also the frame did not hold the mirror upright. It did not come with any instructions on how to return it. Would not buy this product again. I will research how to return it.

I ordered this mirror for my new home that is under construction. I should have opened the box and checked it out. Felt sure I had ordered a brushed nickle. Oops it was chrome. Contacted the seller to see if I could exchange. No way...said it was past the warranty date...even though I never took it out of the box! Not use to such bad customer service.

Well made and very good quality. I'm very pleased with it. Ideally I would have liked a mirror on the reverse side with lesser magnetism but that's just a personal thing. The product itself is excellent.
