Well it is a great pain reliever without any side effects that I can tell. Takes about a short while to work. Worth a try for sure.

Dose it work
All I can say is it seems to work for me, I have calcium spurs in my shoulders or arthritis. But it does give me some relief, I know it will not solve the problem but I take what I can get.
