Excellent heat distribution
Bought this item recently, amazed with the quality of the cast iron, easy to use, light weight even if like me you only have the use of one hand. Have cooked fantastic stews in it, easy to clean just use warm /hot water no detergent required and wipe dry . Would 100% recommend.

'Pot Bread' Pot
Only used it once but seems like a great product. Nice touch having the wooden handle for the lid. Seems like an excellent, quality product.I would think this is an ideal size pot (3.8l) for 4 - 6 people1st Attempt....Pot Bread in the charcoal Weber (which is what I purchased it for)

It does the job
I bought this predominantly to make bread but it’s just as useful making stews, popcorn, cornbread, chips etc. I’ll be taking it camping in the summer, can’t wait to make brekky on the lid! Its easy to clean. I reckon it needs more than one seasoning - I only did the one and I think the sheen is wearing off so will do another couple soon.

Its great for baking sourdough bread
I have been using this so far for sourdough bread and it is great. Looking forward to trying it on the fire pit to cook too!

Good size pot
This is a good weight and size, looking forward to cooking some bread outside on the fire pit.So everyone is aware, this will need work before the first usage. The main part involves oiling then heating the pot in your oven (90 min @ ~230c) 3 to 6 times! however, once done the pot is in good stead to last a lifetime with proper care. I am storing my outside (with my other cast iron cookware) in a waterproof box. As with any cast iron cookware make sure it is dried and oiled before putting away.

Sono già diversi mesi che la utilizzo. Ottima per lunghe cotture, se mantenuta con gli opportuni trattamenti è eterna. Provata su stufa a legna, fornelli a gas, forno a legna, fuco vivo e non ho riscontrato nessun problema. Veramente un ottimo prodotto anche come rapporto qualità prezzo!

Ein gutes Gerät
Der DutchOven kam pünktlich und gut verpackt an. Wir haben ihn gemäß der mitgelieferten Anleitung mit Einbrennpaste 3x eingebrannt -auf dem Gasgrill.Danach haben wir ihn zur Speisenzubereitung genutzt.Der Dopf wird sehr schnell und gleichmäßig heiß, dazu haben wir zum Garen Grillthermometer mit 3 Fühlern genutzt und unterschiedlich im Dopf und den Speisen verteilt.Die Speisen werden top und gleichmäßig durchgegart. Es hängt nichts weder am Boden noch an den Wänden an. Angebrannte Speisen haben wir nicht gehabt.Die Topfgröße reicht für ca. 4 Personen bei Suppe oder ca. 8 Personen bei Fleisch.Den Deckel nutzen wir ausschließlich als Deckel und nicht zum Braten, da er Füße hat und nicht auf das Rost des Grills passt.Nach ca. 5 Nutzungen war der Boden leicht grau angefärbt, deshalb haben wir den Dopf noch mal eingebrannt, ob es notwendig war, wissen wir nicht. Sicher ist sicher.Wichtig ist, das man kein Spülmittel zum Reinigen nutzt.Zum Umrühren nutzen wir Holzlöffel.Gebacken haben wir auch noch nicht.
