Sole Chunks in Jar, 16 Ounce

I think anyone that uses Sole knows we all need it. Works great. My big problem is with the lid on this jar the manufacture used. I am continually cleaning the salt residue off the top of the jar all around the top rim. I leave it sitting on my kitchen counter because I use is daily. I don't like the looks or mess. If I store in the cabinet, Jar shape is a little awkward. I'm afraid I may drop and spill when lifting it from the cabinet. I am searching for another jar. I use to have another jar that gave no problem. I moved and somehow jar went missing. You decide. sole has many benefits.

I started using this product in conjunction with other things to get rid of hives I have had for over 2 years. For over a month now, I take a tablespoon in a glass of water first thing in the morning before anything else. It is easy to do and natural, so I am for it. I am assuming it is helping my situation, as I have been without hives for over a week.

The taste is great. Salt your food with it or add it to bottled distilled water to add minerals . It is easy to use this product. You simply fill the jar with distilled water and let it sit overnight. Just keep adding more distilled water to it as you use it because Once the water is saturated with salt it does not continue to saturate further.

Follow the directions, and use accordingly...it is a perfect way to gain salt each day while using Keto way of eating! I use it daily and it is lasting a very long time, haven't even begun to see decrease salt chips!

This is a great jar for sole and I use just about every other morning, one teaspoon in a glass of water. The only problem is the salt crusts up around the outside of the lid and gets everywhere. You can scrape it off every day or two but it's just messy. I may try and switch it to a different sterilized glass jar. Either way I do love the quality of it and it does look nice sitting on the counter.

This is product is misleading. Unfortunately could not return the product. Don’t buy.

I fill this container with water and take one tsp. every morning in an 8 oz glass of water. This helps my hydration after a night's sleep and also helps me to retain water as I have kidney failure and cannot risk dehydration. I highly recommend this product. It arrived quickly in good condition.
