My favorite
I've had this since 2022 and it's still my favorite over my Sheaffer, Osmiroid and Namiki Black. What edged out the Namiki is probably this brown color and it works well with my Pilot Prera medium nib. Good flow and strong color.

One of the best fountain pen inks available
Waterman not only makes outstanding pens, but their ink is excellent, too. I love all things blue and this particular blue is stunning in my fountain pen and on paper. I purchased the ink on sale, so it was an even better value. I do find that Waterman ink is consistent from pen to pen, writes smoothly on decent paper, but this specific ink is not waterproof. Depending on your fountain pen, you will find varying degrees of drying time which will lead to smear resistance. I highly recommend Waterman fountain pen ink.

Worth the buy
Writes very well, color is beautiful, and container is quality with no spills. I love it and plan to buy more colors, definitely worth it. I filled my beginner fountain pen with it, and it's perfect.

Solid colors but not terribly unique
HARMONIOUS GREEN: If you're looking for a good, well-behaved green ink with a wet flow, this one should be on your list. If you're looking to also save on your purchase while still buying from a top name brand, this one might be near the top. It is just green that leans a little bit bluish... I didn't see much shading but there is some if you have a heavier flow, no sheen, and nothing that makes it extremely remarkable. AUDACIOUS RED: Something is up with the flow of the red. It’s not anywhere near as free flowing or wet as the other colors I’ve tried. It’s a bright, pure red that is a little more orange than maroon. Unfortunately, even using it in wet pens, it still has flow issues for me. INSPIRED BLUE: nice, light blue. The flow is great and wet, but it dries fairly quickly. It’s way lighter than you standard blue pen ink and definitely doesn’t look like the kind of ink that you get with a ballpoint or rollerball. SERENITY BLUE: a more traditional blue ink. Darker with good flow but very standard. Dries fast and isn’t water resistant.

Best ink for almost any paper
This is my second time purchasing this ink. I’ve purchased the black in the past, and that one is one of my daily uses. I’ve had the bottle of black for a year and a half, and I’m only halfway through it. I’m a long winded writer, so it gets its use. I use it with a fine non Amazon brand fountain pen. The green is just as amazing. I’m using that with a fine nib Asvine pen. They both dry quickly and don’t smear. The paper is the Hobonichi Cousin with Tomoe River. RThey aren’t waterproof, but they’re not advertised as such. A good ink to have in your everyday pen bag.

Perfect green
That pic isn’t in the best lighting but this is the perfect green ink. It’s bright and fresh. I had a really dark green (Diamine Delamere Green) and a really light (Diamine Spring Green) and wanted just a good happy medium and this is it. It’s plenty wet and it shows shading in my broad nib Lamy Safari. Plus I scored it for $7, can’t beat that!

It is Ink in a bottle.
The Waterman ink is a nice color. Harmonious Green is a very nice lighter green ink that is not mistaken for black as often as some of the darker greens I have. The ink flows well and dries quickly on most papers. Newsprint is not its favorite surface. Because it flows so well, newsprint becomes sponge-like and becomes a blotter with blots instead of written words. It is not a great choice for your daily crossword puzzle.

AMAZING!!!!!
First time trying waterman’s inks and I am beyond impressed so far. Extremely easy to use and writes right away after being filled up. Other inks I’ve tried (even more expensive brands) took a while before they would start writing. It’s a thinner formula so the ink won’t Pool and give different tones with up and down strokes but it’s still a very beautiful color. I’ll update after a few weeks to see if it dries up and clogs the nib or not. Given how thin the formula is I don't think it’ll be a problem as I usually only have that issue with thicker inks. I think I’ll probably be getting a couple more colors to add to my collection for daily use

It's ok. I was hoping for a darker green..
